About this item: The Keen Utility Men's Portland 6" KBF Work Boot features composite toes that are asymmetrical, non-metallic carbon-fiber, and 15% lighter than steel. They offer a comfortable fit and meet or exceed ASTM F2412 and F2413 I/75 and C/75 standards. The outsoles are oil- and slip-resistant, non-marking, rubber outsoles that meet or exceed ASTM F1677 Mark II and ASTM F2913 SATRA non-slip testing standards, providing improved traction with lug sole patterns for grip even on slick surfaces. The Keen.Dry waterproof, breathable membrane liner allows vapor to escape without allowing water in to keep feet dry and comfortable. The work boot also includes a mesh liner that integrates with the waterproof membrane. For underfoot protection, the boot is made with a TPU shank for midfoot support and torsion stability. It features a heat-resistant, rubber outsole rated up to 572°F/300°C and a 90° heel (5/8" height) for secure footing on ladders.
